Easy Choices.

ECOmmitted offers you 3 ways to conduct your fundraiser, all at NO-COST, or no obligation. You can use any of these or all of these.

1-A continual On-line ordering program. With this program the products are shipped directly to the purchaser and parents or your target group and they are reminded of this opportunity all year long through continuous notices in newsletters, websites, etc. This program allows you to earn residual income as people return to purchase additional items again and again. This usually requires a launch announcement.

2-A Big Blast short-term fundraiser. This method allows you to promote a big push during a defined period of time to conduct your fundraising efforts.  For example, the first 3 weeks of April leading up to Earth-Day (April 22nd). This can be conducted on-line, or you can choose to have all the items shipped directly to your location for distribution.  This allows you to not have to collect any money, and saves your purchasers on shipping costs as we will dropship all the items for a lower overall cost.

3-Buy Wholesale direct. This method allows you to select the items you would like to sell and sell them for a price you determine.  You then place your order with us and buy all the items at 25% below the listed price on the website.  You keep all the money above the cost price.  Items will be shipped to you in bulk for you to distribute.

And that parents, friends and family should feel that the products they purchase can provide a more meaningful alternative than the typical fundraising fare. ECOmmitted selects products that help you conserve resources, reduce your energy and water consumption. Additionally we will provide better alternatives to everyday products through Non-Toxic cleaning products to Fair-Trade/Organic items that offer a more socially responsible choice.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Sign Up
Our application process is quick and easy. A fundraising group simply fills out the on-line sign up form (if you are not a non-profit or school organization with proof of your non-profit status you should know that a 1099 MISC Form will be sent to you for tax purposes, consult with an accountant). An agreement form will be emailed to within 24 hours. And your account is set up within a few days of us receiving your signed agreement.

Step 2: Fundraising Website Set Up
ECOmmitted.com fundraising drives are designed to be website driven -- a quick and easy to mange way for your organization to raise funds. This allows you to collect residual income from repeat purchases all year long, not just during your fundraising drives. Our website contains a wide variety of products and information solutions to many of today's environmental problems. Once your organization is registered and approved, you can start earning almost immediately. A custom website will be provided with your group's own sub-domain. For example, the website www.(yourgroupsname).ecommitted.com will be the destination for everyone that participates in your fundraising efforts. It can even have your school or organization logo on the home-page so everyone will know they are in the right place. ECOmmitted will ship all items directly to the purchasers, but you have the option to have all items dropshipped directly to your location for your own distribution if that is what will work better for you.

If you want to want to purchase your items wholesale to conduct an Off-Line fundraiser you will fill out the same form. Just let us know your intention.

Step 3: Kick off your Fundraiser
Many schools and organizations will find it effective to combine their lesson plans with their fundraising efforts to inform children, families and friends about the importance of making smart and thoughtful product choices. Many opt to use this program in concert with Earth Day celebration, but with ECOmmitted.com every day can be Earth Day. However you design your program, we are here to help.

Step 4: Track your Progress
If you choose to register an online fundraiser someone will need to be designated as the Fundraiser Administrator. A special Log-In will be set up on the ECOmmitted site where the administrator can track sales at their convenience. Schools can help classes work toward not only fund goals but environmental goals as well.

Step 5: Collect Earnings
You're reaching your fundraising monetary goals - and helping to educate and guide the members of your group. Time to collect. If you are conducting an online fundraisier Ecommitted will mail your group a check for 25% of every purchase made every month that you have funds in your account, not including shipping. (We like to have a minimum of $50, but we can make exceptions.) And visitors to the website will also have the opportunity to make a straight donation to your group which we pass back to you 100%. In addition, if you do conduct an online fundraiser with ECOmmitted.com we will provide your group a bonus check for 1 to 2% of your total sales for the calendar year. That's 1% up to $5,000 in annual sales and 2% if you reach $10,000 in annual sales. This is available only to online fundraisers.
